The place where we keep the suitcases is a grocery store. They put an identifying code on your suitcase and another for you, then they take the suitcases and store them somewhere else. The service was fast and without any problems.

Super easy luggage storage while we explored the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens. They do store your luggage at a different site nearby, but were very quick to retrieve it when we came to pick up our bags.
