The online site was easy to navigate, however the map with directions was totally off. First it had the site as 4.1 k away, then down the block across from the nearby Mercadona, of all the people asked inside the station, only a security guard actually could give us directions. The signs saying Lost Luggage needed to also state Luggage Storage.

They were friendly and fast, great service. They helped me with a question I had and resolved in a satisfying way.

Being a hotel, the suitcases are stored behind reception, it couldn't be safer.

It looks like a good hotel, for sure. And they easily delivered my bags to me.

All severs were nice to costomer.

After making a reservation through the app, I stopped by the hotel and asked to leave my luggage there, and they responded immediately. It was a great feeling of security, and I'd like to use it again next time.
