Excellent location and perfect service for the times that we needed to use it. However, the lady on the counter was very unbothered as to whether we had a good service or not. She simply took our bags to the back of the store, in full sight of any customers in her store and said that her brother would come to move them. There was no indication whether that would be in 2 mins, 20 mins or in a couple of hours. It did give us some comfort that she took photos of the bags and let us know that we could see this on the app. Fortunately everything was fine when we picked them up

Had a great experience, location was perfect and staff was very friendly. I only wished that it was stated online what specific company the bags were being dropped off to. We had to message to find the correct place but that address listed was correct. Otherwise a very easy and great experience. Thank you!

It's a nice and friendly place, but due to its location, taxis can't go all the way to the store.

Need better oversight of access.

The shop doesn't stick out in anyway. When you follow on google maps its hard to find. Eventually found it. Gent working wasn't hugely helpful, didn't fill me with confidence handing over my bag. Also, the bag was just left on the floor, he handed it back to me exactly where i was asked to leave it. I thought it would be locked away.

The location is very good. The staff at the front of the store didn't seem to know much about this service, so after some difficulty in communicating, I called a staff member in the back and was finally able to leave my luggage. The storage area is inside the store and security is not good. When you leave your luggage, you take a photo of it and show it to the staff when you pick it up, but it's lined up in a place where shoppers can touch it, which is a bit worrying.
