Nice and easy service. The lady was very nice and helpful. All I did was asked if they’re open then booked it on their website. It all took less than 5 minutes. They’re always open as it’s a hotel reception.

Easy process and friendly staff

This morning, my reservation at the original location was canceled for some reason. I had to rebook at Academus and pay extra. The lady at Academus was very nice, and I highly recommend this place.

The lady who welcomed us was very kind and the procedure was very simple. In addition, the pub is so cozy and charming that we decided to stop there for lunch and to drink a Belgian beer. The location of the Academus is excellent if you are in the center

The pub was easy to find and in a good, central location. The staff were polite and helpful. I think the app has the wrong opening hours, as sign on the door states open from 12.00, and door was locked when we arrived at 11.00. For small bags and coats, many museums have cloakrooms and lockers- but this luggage room is a good size for larger or heavy bags, and no stairs to access it
