Nice and easy service. The lady was very nice and helpful. All I did was asked if they’re open then booked it on their website. It all took less than 5 minutes. They’re always open as it’s a hotel reception.

A very convenient place. The lady at the counter of the hotel very helpful and nice. We were waiting for our taxi for 45 minutes at the hall even though we weren’t hotel customer.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Super convenient location, just steps from the Main Market Square...so central! We were able to drop off our luggage and explore the city center in complete comfort before the apartment was handed over. This is a service I use often and recommend without a doubt.

Good location near Wrocław Central Railway Station. We dropped off our luggage for a few hours to visit the Old Town. Helpful staff, communication in English only at the time of our visit (April 2026). Luggage was kept in the customer area so I would advise to take any valuable items with you. Overall a good experience.

Difficult to find at first (it’s on the right hand side of the market hall) staff was very friendly and helpful. They sell delicious paczki!
