I thought the suitcases were in a secure location and not behind the reception desk. Still, I'm grateful for the option to leave my luggage.

East to find, the luggage is stored at the hostel reception, the staff at the deak were friendly.

Really easy to use. Irma is a small bakery on the edge of the indoor market, the man (presumably the owner) who took our bags was really friendly, helpful and kind. I would use do this again, and feel comfortable with the safety of my luggage.

The location was ideal, within the market hall so could also grab food there..also the guy was really friendly and the market hall is next to a tram stop and close to the islands .

Difficult to find at first (it’s on the right hand side of the market hall) staff was very friendly and helpful. They sell delicious paczki!

The location was quite good, when it came to leaving it there was a bit of stress because the suitcase and bag were in the customer room and everyone could see them and have access to them (specifically, the bag was on the flour in the room and the suitcase was standing in front of a pile of flour), but after checking everything was fine and the service was very nice.

Good location near Wrocław Central Railway Station. We dropped off our luggage for a few hours to visit the Old Town. Helpful staff, communication in English only at the time of our visit (April 2026). Luggage was kept in the customer area so I would advise to take any valuable items with you. Overall a good experience.
