I had a great experience using the Bounce luggage storage near Valencia del Nord train station in the heart of Valencia. After checking out of my Airbnb, I needed a safe place to leave my backpack before my evening flight and this location was perfect. The bags are kept in a locked room, separate from customers in the souvenir shop, which made me feel confident about security. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with the drop-off and pick-up. Perfect if you have a few spare hours in the city and don’t want to carry your luggage around, I highly recommend this spot: convenient, secure, and hassle-free.

When we arrived at the warehouse, we found it closed, but there was a sign with a phone number. After calling, they arrived within two minutes. Everything was fine.

The girl that was on the counter was very nice and chill. She told me where she was going to put my luggage so it was quicker to pick up and the room where they keep the luggage was both clean and ordered , and has keys to access so nobady takes it.

Everything went perfectly. We booked four suitcases via an app. They were labeled, photographed, and taken to a separate room.

Apart from photo on the system being for a different branch, and the front entrance being round the corner from the google maps location, everything fine.
