Positive experience, the suitcases are placed in a locked room and the people who work there are very friendly.

When we arrived at the warehouse, we found it closed, but there was a sign with a phone number. After calling, they arrived within two minutes. Everything was fine.

The girl that was on the counter was very nice and chill. She told me where she was going to put my luggage so it was quicker to pick up and the room where they keep the luggage was both clean and ordered , and has keys to access so nobady takes it.

Everything worked perfectly. We booked four suitcases via an app. These were labeled, photographed, and taken to a separate room.
