Very quick drop off and pick up process. Luggage stored in a safe location within the hostel and staff ensure the correct luggage was checked against our security number. Easy to find and within minutes of Newcastle Central station. Highly recommend.

Used the location to drop bags off. Very easy to find. Staff friendly and welcoming. Bags taken and tags placed on bags and matching recipes given to me. Gentleman on reception said come back at any time Very accommodating.

Very nice people. They give you the posibility to access your lugage in order to take/leave something in your lugage before back it up. But the place is not secured enough. It's not a lock, it's a room with all the lugages/bags together, and they gave us access without supervision to take somethings from our bag, so we had access to all the lugages in the room. It's recomendable to lock it with a padlock or something similar.
