The staff member was friendly and had no issues during drop off or pick up. Our stuff was returned the way we left it and would recommend this place to anyone. Perfect when travelling to Newcastle via train as is across the road from the station

This was such an easy experience. QR code scanned, shop owner took picture of suitcase then stored it. All done in seconds and pick up was just as simple.

Great convenient service . Only issue it would have been so much easier if we were informed the bag drop was almost directly opposite the station . We had to wait until Payment went through before we were given the address. Saying that we would definitely use this service again!! So handy to allow people head off touring the city bag free
