I pulled my suitcase by the leather pull tab up the street right all the to inside the door of this location. Somehow when I returned, the pull tab was missing. The man at the desk made a brief search of five seconds before saying that he has not seen it. Asked for at least a partial refund, as a piece of my property went missing while in their care. He refused and said to take it up with Bounce. I said to him, “Bounce doesn’t know why you took something off my suitcase, or where you put it! It is not an item that can easily slide or snap off, it had to have been removed on purpose. WTF. Otherwise, I found this place to be very convenient on account of 24/7 service, and there is always someone at or near the desk. Close to Noailles metro. Take photos of all your bags IF you choose to use this location.

This worked out fantastic for storage in Marseille close to the train station. Easy process, friendly staff at the hotel, and they even opened up after hours when our flight was delayed to let us grab our bags. Excellent experience.
