It was OK, for me personally because I already had a room reservation in that hotel of which the check out was meant to be the same day I was to leave my luggage with them. And when I went to the counter to confirm the offer of the service, they went as far as helping me in ways I could pay less than I initially wanted to pay, so it felt like a "special offer" in my eyes, despite that being my only time I used the hotel. In fact, when I told them that one of the exposed bag had a laptop in it, they were so considerate that they even offered to keep it in a different room(I believe it was their office) from the main luggage

Very practical for dropping off luggage. Someone puts it in a locked room, we put 2 suitcases 81x50x30, very welcoming staff, collect the numbered stub of your suitcase and that's it!
