Get down at La Spezia central station. Take the elevator outside station. Get down one level, head towards the location in 100 m. Drop off ypur luggage.

The staff were very friendly and fantastic. They even gave us a city map with recommendations for food. We loved getting to talk to both of them. They were very helpful! I would so recommend booking with them. They also told us a place that they rent in Cinque Terre!

They were incredibly helpful, absolutely lovely. We were delayed by technical difficulties, and they brought our backpacks downstairs and waited until we arrived with everything out. Such a thoughtful gesture! They even emailed us to check if we had arrived.

I’m so glad I found Bounce. I needed a last-minute spot to leave my bag after checking out of my hostel, and they were beyond helpful. Not only was the process seamless, but the team was genuinely so kind and welcoming. They even took the time to walk me through places to visit on the map, which made exploring that day so much more enjoyable. It felt like more than just a service—they really went out of their way to help. Would absolutely use them again!
