Location was easy to find. Man working there was kind. Got our bags back easily! Made our gap in our traveling much easier.

The only problem we had was being unable to pick up the bags early as it closed between 1 and 4 on a Sunday. This was shown on the store front but we didn’t realise until too late ! The app should show where there are unusual opening hours in case bags needed back urgently.

Get down at La Spezia central station. Take the elevator outside station. Get down one level, head towards the location in 100 m. Drop off ypur luggage.

I’m so glad I found Bounce. I needed a last-minute spot to leave my bag after checking out of my hostel, and they were beyond helpful. Not only was the process seamless, but the team was genuinely so kind and welcoming. They even took the time to walk me through places to visit on the map, which made exploring that day so much more enjoyable. It felt like more than just a service—they really went out of their way to help. Would absolutely use them again!
