The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made me feel at ease! The drop-off and pickup process was smooth and seamless! I'd definitely use this service again! The only thing that was a little hard to find was the entrance... I highly recommend it!

Very nice and friendly staff. High end boat with lots of room to chill. Good spots to dive and snorkel. Not worth renting your own boat.

Storage was upstairs in a building. Location was super easy from the train station and close! Both Simone and Elisa were wonderful. I had trouble with my Bounce account and wasn’t getting messages and Elisa came down to find me and help us up. Bags were stored in a different location from the lobby at check in. Pics were taken for security. We needed to adjust our bag total and it was simple through the app. Communication with hosts were great throughout the whole process. When we were ready for pick up we forgot to notify 45 minutes ahead but Simone was helpful and came to release our bags so we could make our train. We had a great experience and was new to bounce so it was a pleasant and convenient service!

Great place to leave your luggage for a fair price! We received excellent service (including chocolates!), and they gave us several sightseeing tips. It's worth it!

They were very nice and accommodating to us even though we were only storing our luggage. They were willing to work with us if we had any issues. I highly recommend storing your luggage there or even staying here if you are planning on exploring La Spezia.

We stored our luggage here from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM and had an excellent experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. They not only took great care of our bags but also gave us fantastic tips for sightseeing and exploring La Spezia & Porto Venere. The service was smooth and welcoming - we felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to enjoy the city without worrying about their luggage!
