I searched on Google Maps for a luggage storage facility where I could leave my suitcase while waiting for my Shinkansen after work, and found this place. It's on the 4th floor of this building, right next to Hiroden Tatemachi Station, and the reception is at the beauty salon Ruth. It was my first time using the service, so I didn't know much, but the staff's kind attitude and lovely smiles blew away all my worries. The system is to make a reservation and pay online, and then obtain a QR code. The staff runs a beauty salon called Ruth as their main business, and the friendly atmosphere of that salon was still there when I was served. Thank you so much! Thank you so much! The "LOCKER" is located inside a beauty salon, on the fourth floor of the building. There aren't actually any lockers with keys or digital keypads (like in train stations or subways), but the bags are kept in a room by the salon staff, which is why I preferred this option. The staff was very kind because, even though the app indicated the collection deadline was 4:30 PM, they let us leave our bags without any problems until 5:30 PM, which is their closing time, and that was really helpful for us. Plus, when we picked them up, they offered us fresh water and the chance to use their lovely scented bathroom. The location is very convenient, close to Parco della Pace and the tram stops that take you to the station.

Nothing special to report. Perhaps a "LOCKER" sign outside the building would make the location more visible, but I can confirm that using the app's instructions, we found the store fairly easily.
