It was easy to book and to get to. It was easy to drop our bags off but we had some trouble picking the bags up where we were told the QR code didn’t work but it was sorted relatively quickly.

Happy with the service. Drop off and pick up was quick and easy, and the bag was returned to us exactly as we had left it. You can ask for nothing more!

Conveniently located just a short tram ride (line 15) from Gare Cornavin. The staff were friendly, communicated fluently in English, and efficiently handled my booking by scanning the QR code from the Bounce app. My luggage was stored securely, and pickup was equally smooth. I would gladly use their service again.

Very convenient way of storing the baggage near the train station. Be aware that it is not a self service, you will leave your bag at the hotel reception. Staff was lovely and helpful.

It is a place filled with the scent of flowers. The staff are very friendly. They are even pretty. Although it closes early, it is located in a very convenient place to visit during the day.

We had a amazing experience with the people in the Flower Addict store. The staffs were friendly and welcoming. We initially thought that there would be self service cabinets like the ones we used in Valencia. But apparently the store people just keeps the bags. So, you need to book per baggage. The lady in the store shared the Wi-Fi since our network reception was bad inside. We were able to easily modify the booking and handed over both our bags. Its a pity that the service is based on store opening and closing times. However, if anyone is planning to use the service within that period, would definitely recommend it, simply because of the hospitality of the people at the store.
