Happy with the whole process. Easy to book, good price, quickly dropped off and picked up with the QR Code. It was unexpectedly hot in Geneva that day and they wouldn't let us leave our jackets with the case, but that wasn't the be-all-and-end-all. Would use again.

The flower shop was located near the station and easy to find. The staff were also very kind to me, a Japanese person who isn't fluent in English. I recommend it.

It is a place filled with the scent of flowers. The staff are very friendly. They are even pretty. Although it closes early, it is located in a very convenient place to visit during the day.

We had a amazing experience with the people in the Flower Addict store. The staffs were friendly and welcoming. We initially thought that there would be self service cabinets like the ones we used in Valencia. But apparently the store people just keeps the bags. So, you need to book per baggage. The lady in the store shared the Wi-Fi since our network reception was bad inside. We were able to easily modify the booking and handed over both our bags. Its a pity that the service is based on store opening and closing times. However, if anyone is planning to use the service within that period, would definitely recommend it, simply because of the hospitality of the people at the store.
