I was surprised the hotel I was staying was a Bounce’s partner and as the first time using this app, it made the whole experience feel more comfortable and less stressful. The staff was very friendly and the whole process pretty easy and fast. I left my bags during the weekend, before my stay, while I was out of the country, and everything went smoothly and well. It went so good, I already booked Bounce for my next trip, also in the hotel I’ll be staying. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to lock their bags for some hours or days.

Superb hotel and superb service!

Reception was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We snowboarded a couple of days then check our snowboard bags while we visited various countries for another 15 days. Pick up was just as simple. Highly recommend.
