Discover Busan Station luggage storage

The person who worked there was very friendly. I left my suitcase for several days so I could travel to Jeju lighter, and everything worked out perfectly. The place is very close to the station.

All lockers in train station were full, so Bounce was convenient and easy to use, but also a lot more expensive

Was a little difficult to find. A picture of the street viewed from the station would help a lot. Once found, check in was simple and gentleman very friendly. Check out also quick and easy. Made the world of difference not having to lug my bags around town. Thanks for this initiative! :)

The owner wasn’t even there and had to tell us how to check in through the app. We waited 20 minutes just to get a message from them

The location is good and the building has an elevator so you don't have to use stairs. But as others mentioned in the comments, there was no one at the front desk. Unfortunately, there were no instructions at the front desk on what to do. I had to find the hostel’s Instagram profile (it’s not listed anywhere, so I had to search by name—it’s onjung_stay, just in case). They replied right away, so I didn’t have to wait long. But it was a bit stressful. I also didn’t like that the suitcases were left at the front desk, which isn’t separated from the hallway, so anyone could access them. But other than that, everything was fine.

Close to Busan Station. We were able to drop off our luggages after travelling from Seoul via KTX. The staff was very helpful.

Both are quite convenient, located very close to the ferry terminal.

It was a bit difficult to find at first but everything worked out perfectly once we found the place. I felt like the building was recently built and it was lack of clear signage and direction. It basically located on the 2nd floor of the podium, close to the escalator. Location wise it was a perfect one for us as we could store our luggages for the day and enjoyed the day a bit before heading to the port terminal later in the evening

Place was ward to find at the start but eventually there were signs after reaching the building. Better to share the video when booking is confirmed. Otherwise, process was smooth, staff were friendly. Good place for the service and highly recommended

The experience was excellent, staff amazing. Highly recommended and great location if you are in Busan station or International Port Terminal.
