Great! Convenient and helpful

This place is easy to find and follow in Naver map. It's a life saver when there's no empty luggage storage at Busan Station.

Since I could select the bicycle storage option, I was able to leave my cumbersome bike and go sightseeing. The person who took care of my belongings was very kind. However, it was a bit difficult to find the office location.

Location is super close to the Busan Train Station. It’s safe and secure (large lockers with a key).

The location was perfect, convenient to the train station. No one was there when we arrived so we left our bags in the lounge area because there were a lot of other bags left there and we didn’t have time to wait to see if an employee would greet us. When we returned around 2 hrs later to collect our bags, there was an employee that greeted us. We thought he had checked us in and then checked us out since we were leaving but the Bounce system says we have not yet check out.

The drop-off site is fine. We looked into how the luggage drop-off works. The lockers are located on the 5th floor plus one flight of stairs.

As others have said, there is no one onsite. You have to message the operator via instragram and get instructions (the lockers are half a flight up the stairs and you take the key). Once you figure it all out, it's super convenient.

Super convenient, right outside the train station. And a direct route to catch the boat afterwards. I recommend it.

Very easy to drop off. Very pleasant staff.

Pretty straight forward. Hardest part was just finding the spot. Once found, process was easy and quick. The staff was very helpful. Overall, a great experience and location. It was right across from the Busan Port where we were boarding the ferry.
