Super convenient and hassle-free experience! The location is literally right across Busan Station, making drop-off and pick-up seamless. The staff were extremely nice, polite, and accommodating. The whole process was easy peasy from start to finish. Highly recommended if you want to explore Busan hands-free!

The staff were quite friendly, but the exchange rate wasn't as good as the one across the street. You can negotiate the price if you exchange a lot, but it's still worse than the one across the street!

As others have said, there is no one onsite. You have to message the operator via instragram and get instructions (the lockers are half a flight up the stairs and you take the key). Once you figure it all out, it's super convenient.

Pretty straight forward. Hardest part was just finding the spot. Once found, process was easy and quick. The staff was very helpful. Overall, a great experience and location. It was right across from the Busan Port where we were boarding the ferry.

easy communication with staff

It was a bit difficult to find at first but everything worked out perfectly once we found the place. I felt like the building was recently built and it was lack of clear signage and direction. It basically located on the 2nd floor of the podium, close to the escalator. Location wise it was a perfect one for us as we could store our luggages for the day and enjoyed the day a bit before heading to the port terminal later in the evening
