easy communication with staff

It was a bit difficult to find at first but everything worked out perfectly once we found the place. I felt like the building was recently built and it was lack of clear signage and direction. It basically located on the 2nd floor of the podium, close to the escalator. Location wise it was a perfect one for us as we could store our luggages for the day and enjoyed the day a bit before heading to the port terminal later in the evening

Place was ward to find at the start but eventually there were signs after reaching the building. Better to share the video when booking is confirmed. Otherwise, process was smooth, staff were friendly. Good place for the service and highly recommended

The experience was excellent, staff amazing. Highly recommended and great location if you are in Busan station or International Port Terminal.

Excellent service! Need to improve on signage for easier finding

Ask them for the video with directions. We received it after we almost found it. With that video it's super easy to find from the train station.

It is a commercial building separate from the Busan International Terminal, but the two buildings are connected and it can be confusing. It is definitely better to access it from Busan Station. You cannot use the machine in front of the office door on the second floor to receive your luggage, so you need to tell the person inside that you are a Bounce customer. They will communicate with you in both English and Japanese. Once you have cleared that, depositing and retrieving luggage is very smooth, and it is conveniently located near the ferry terminal.
