Discover Bern Marzili luggage storage

All smooth and very easy, thanks!

The location wasn't too far from the station, it was on the tourist side, and the shop's sign was clearly visible, making it easy to find. However, luggage storage is done in the basement of the shop, requiring you to go down about 10-20 steps, which was difficult with heavy luggage. I stored two large suitcases this time, but the total cost was cheaper than using the lockers at the station, which was great.

They are very calm and friendly.

Very close and the service was very courteous and great, thank you!

I was able to get to the location without any problems.

very helpful and welcoming

Not the easiest to find and bags were just behind a desk but the staff were friendly and helpful.

Super easy and safe

Easy to find and a great secure place to store your luggage in the middle of Bern’s old town

The staff were very kind and helpful, the location was easy to find, and it was close to the station, saving me the trouble of searching for coin lockers and allowing me to enjoy sightseeing in Bern smoothly.
