Enter the stationary store. Take the lift to the 1/F. That's it. Easy. Need to walk from the station.

I checked several pieces of luggage using the Bounce app. I used Google Maps to find them and took the elevator to the second floor of the convenience store. The staff was friendly and helped me check in right away. It was a great help during my trip to Bern.

It's in a different location than Google Maps. It's on the first floor of the building next to the cosmetics department store. The staff is very friendly.

The Lady that locked my bag up for me was so lovely and sweet! This was way easier than going through the hassle of locking it up through SBB. It’s not a locker or anything but it’s a place to put your bag. If you’re travelling on a budget I would 100% recommend!

It was complicated to find, I had to ask to several people. But once I found it the lady was very nice. Easy to drop and pick up. Note that it is not close to the train station, so prepare to walk.

We used this service for a day in Bern. The staff is really kind and helpful. Unfortunately, we found (as we'd read in other reviews) that the service can be booked on the website until 6:30 PM, but upon arrival, the staff asked us to collect our bags by 5:50 PM because the shop closes at 6:00 PM. I think it's necessary to update the hours on the website to avoid any unpleasant inconveniences.
