everything went smoothly and the staff were kind, but if you have heavy luggage, you will have to carry it over some steps to get inside

Image of hotel exterior was pretty clear on the bounce website. Document poster just outside the hotel provides QR code to scan and pay — This could be a bit bigger as the building itself is quite large. Website does not say it’s actually the hotel and hotel reception who manages this; This could do with being stated more clearly. We were seen quickly and baggage surrendered right away. Very easy to access. Very easy to collect baggage and Travel from this point since we are right outside the train station

Convenient location in the store at the Basel train station. Very friendly staff, explained everything clearly, took pictures of the suitcases, and stored them in a separate room where store customers have no access. Pleasant service, prices, and a bonus. We recommend!

Super experience with storage! Everyone was very nice and helpful. The process was super smooth. You just have to go to the 2nd floor. We left with many cool paper supplies from the store :).

Everything went perfectly, from drop-off to pick-up. Except for the exact address, which isn't listed on Bounce, or I couldn't find it. The address is Freie Straße 43.

Should have not expected Switzerland to be in the GiffGaff Europe deal. Better planning would have given me better internet access when we landed in Basel. Without it the team were still very helpful, polite and friendly. Great service, really useful when in Basel for just one day

Next to the train station and FlixBus. Until check-in time, we left our bags and went to the zoo which is also nearby.
