the luggage storage locate inside the hotel . The hotel is just 2 mins walk from the Basel SBB station, and the tram stop is just right in front. Once you done leaving your luggage and you could get on the tram to start in 1 mins and start exploring the city. We had a 4 hrs stopover in Basel SBB. A very happy experience with the service. Nice and friendly staff they got .

The hotel is very convenient, but I missed the sign and passed it. I carried my luggage up the stairs, but the man who checked us out took all of our luggage out to the sidewalk. The staff was friendly and even helped me get an Uber. I felt safe leaving all my luggage because it was inside the hotel. I highly recommend this location!

Very convinient service, however, a small, under-the-seat backpack should not fall under the same category as a full on luggage.

Stairs going up the hotel gave it the 4 instead of 5.

It was our first time using such a service an it's absolutely 10000% worth it. The drop off process was super easy but the pickup took much longer because the lady at the front desk was alone and busy checking in hotel guests. Took about 10 minutes unfortunately and we were a little pressed for time.

The location was easy to find but had 3-5 flight of stairs which made it a bit difficult to bring your luggage in and out, a ramp would make it great or an attendant to help out with your bag would make it amazing. Overall, it did what you paid for.

I used it with Basel (Swiss) and it was smooth. The price might be a little high, though.
