I had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The facility was spotless, and I was impressed by the quick and efficient service. Drop-off and pick-up were a breeze. Even when I had a friend pick up my luggage, they made sure everything was secure with extra measures. Highly recommended!

Allowed us to access our bags throughout the day so we could wash laundry, reapply sunscreen, refill waters, etc. The store owner was very accommodating and made sure our belongings were secure in the very busy city of Florence and we were able to explore unencumbered!

Bounce gave us the wrong address. once we figured out where to go it was good. Walked an extra 15 minutes with luggage. Grrr

All in all, the service was good and extremely helpful. The only thing that bothered us was that the suitcases were stored behind a counter in the store. In the end, nothing was missing, but it didn't give me a good feeling personally.

Friendly welcome and easy to find location. A sign outside the store announces that it has luggage storage. Please note that the store opens from 10am.
