Fast collection and pick up

However, I had a problem because my first reservation, which was declared open, was also declared closed. The change to another place was made without problems The manager of the first store was very courteous

Very convenient location with friendly, helpful staff and easy to drop off. My understanding was that our suitcase would be stored in a back room or other secure/locked room, but when we went to retrieve it, it was out on the shop floor. However, the staff seemed to be with it at all times and everything was present and correct, so although a little surprised as things were not quite as expected, I was happy with the service.

They made our first experience with Bounce memorable with their warm welcome to the city and explanation of good things to see while we were there. Thank you!

It was convenient to leave the luggage at La Rivetta. However there was no dedicated secure space for it. Just in a corner of the dining area. Perhaps Italy is safe. It would also be nice to have some sign or sticker that shows its a Bounce point. Overall good experience.

You can leave your luggage at any time because it is located at the entrance of a hotel near Rialto. Your luggage is stored in a locker. In a room behind the reception.

Great service , defo recommend it

Easy access, convenient, excellent hours. It's close to Rialto bridge so was perfect to leave our luggage after morning check out to explore and wonder while waiting for our evening train. You go up a flight of steps and there's a room with a bunch of cupboards which they lock.
