Really good and correct service by Bike in Town in Amsterdam. Not any negative remark. There is only one point which I felt a little bit uneasy: when I left 2 big suitcases, I didn't got any receipt or 'retrieval number'' as the owner told me: look, today there are almost not any valises/suitcases: I will remember you without problem. While it was true, it just felt somewhat uneasy to me. But without doubth: the service was great, the suitcases were correct handled and securely stored for the whole afternoon. So, yes, I like to leave a tip...

It is a little informal, but absolutely no issues. Handing over the bags was fast and easy, and we got them back just as we left them. The location is also close to the Heineken Experience and other attractions. Open early and late as well.
