I couldnt see the store hours before booking so when trying to set sunday as a pickup time i kept getting errors. Would be good to see store hours before booking. Otherwise, it was great!
First time using Bounce and the experience was amazing! We had a late flight and decided to store our bags so we can explore the city. Process was flawless. They already had my details upon arrival and check in/check out was a breeze.
The storage location is a small restaurant very close to the airport. Drop off/pick up was easy. The bags weren't locked in a separate room, but were placed away from the main dining room. Staff/host were there to keep an eye on things and there wasn't a lot of traffic in/out of the restaurant. Seems fairly secure.
