The process was easy and fast. It was pretty clear that Bounce was new to this particular store because three clerks gathered around another clerk while she coached them through it. But it didn't take long and was no big deal. In general it was super easy and a good deal for the money.

Everything was excellent, staff was fast and friendly. The only recommendation I would make is putting a Bounce Logo where it is visible. This was inside the UPS store, and maybe we should have known this? But we didn’t. It took us a few minutes to find the location. Otherwise, the experience was awesome. It was so nice to be able to explore the Inner Harbor without our luggage. Highly recommend!

Ups clerk fixed our broken luggage. Went above and beyond to help us.

Process was quick and straightforward. Store was centrally located downtown and added convenience to check in process.

Closing time is a bit confusing, the sign stated that they close at 6:30pm, the staff said they close at 6pm and Bounce allowed the latest pick up time of 7pm.
