Great staff and great hospitality, they were super accommodating to us and letting us stay in their lobby for some time after our bus got delayed. Bags were in a safe location and felt confident leaving them there.

Very convenient location out the front of Frankfurt Station. Cross over the main street and metro into the pedestrian mall, and its about the third shop on your right.

24 hours and very convenient, especially near the main train station

Dropping off and picking up luggage was very straightforward. The luggage was left in the middle of the dining room, which I didn't feel entirely safe with. But I understand that not every restaurant can offer a separate room for luggage.

It is right in front of the central station, the guys are super friendly and everything is very quick and easy.

The staff is helpful and courteous

We arrived at the hotel without any problems and the staff was very friendly and fast. They gave us a receipt for each bag and accompanied us to the room where they are stored. Picking up was just as easy. If we return to Frankfurt we will leave our bags there again.

It was a great and quick drop and pick up. I had to store my luggage for 5 days and it was not an issue at all. My luggage was safe, its photo was taken on the drop up and luggage was given to me after my satisfaction. Overall a great experience. The drop off location is right in front of Frankfurt hbf. Everything was so easy. Thanks to mobile shop (the storage shop) and bounce.

At the time of drop-off, the store rep informed that they don’t store luggage overnight. It was quite a scare but later he agreed to store the bag.

I find it dangerous to keep luggage in a common area where someone else could open the suitcases or take something that doesn't belong to them. They should specify that they are not private lockers. I left very valuable things there and it kept me uneasy the whole trip.

It would be good to check the numbers when picking up your luggage! This ensures that the correct pieces of luggage are taken.

Great option for storing luggage. You just have to know that it will be kept in the back of the luggage store, so it's probably better not to leave more valuable things. Yes, it all works great, nice service, close to the train and metro stations.

I felt safe leaving my bags, it is a reliable shop with courteous and precise staff. They leave you a badge to identify and then collect your bags. Better than this. Shop hours 10-18

This store is very convenient because it is only 5 minutes from the Romer and 2 minutes from the Zeil. The price is very affordable for the good use of the time you can make. I would definitely use it again! The ladies from the store were quite nice and kind.

When I check out, a staff at the counter didn't tell me what to do and never talked to me looking at my eyes. That made me feel it's unfriendly.

The service was fine and staff were friendly, but It's hard to know that this is the right place - I didn't see any "Bounce" signage, and while the person accepting my bag took a picture of the QR code, he didn't "scan" it per se, so I was never sure...

Perfect service, very comfortable and centrally located. Open until 5:00 pm without interruption.
