Excellent service and very well located

Dropping off and picking up my suitcase was very easy. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was a great location but the staff were not prepared for me when I dropped off or picked up by bags. They were responsive when I let them know I was at the door and ready to pick up or drop off though.

we stored our luggage with Nestor for 4 days while we did the Inca trail and it worked out perfectly. He was friendly and professional and drop-off/pick-up was easy.

They followed protocol, scanned our QR code to check in and out, requested luggage tags to ensure correct luggage. Had separate room for luggage

Very smooth delivery of luggage

With the directions it was easy to find the address, the lady was very friendly. Only when we picked up our bags there was no signal (it was early in the morning) but after a few hours she answered us. I recommend it.

It was hard to find the place because the point in the map is 500m away from the storage. But the host was very helpful.

The host is very helpful and responsive. I had a little challenge finding the place, the host gave me detailed info in no time and was kind enough to pick me up from the street to her building. The place is safe and secure. Highly recommended. Muchas Gracias. :)

Staff did not follow check-in procedure when I dropped my bags. Because of this, at the time that I picked up the bags, my bags were checked IN to the system, not out. I needed to contact customer support to resolve this. The person who took my bags also did not give me a luggage ticket, which caused further confusion when I came to retrieve the bags. But all the staff were nice :)
