Perfect place for luggage storage before going to machupicchu

As some have said a little tricky to find but is easier than fending off all the taxi offerings. Basically as you exit arrivals, head left diagonally across the car park to the exit. Then cross over at the crossing, turn right and walk up the street. There is a small bounce flag on the street and the building is pink. If you get to a petrol station, you've gone too far. When you've found the building you need to walk about 5m into an alley and the door is the first on the left. Ring the bell.

The location is easy to find thanks to a sign on the street. The storage facility is located in a small shop. When the owner saw us, she came out to help us. While dropping off our luggage, we encountered a problem with a very strong food smell. I contacted the app, but they were unable to help. The owner of this location was more helpful, moving our luggage to another location, and the smell was gone. After retrieving our luggage, our clothes weren't saturated with the food smell.

There were many similar looking buildings lined up, so it was hard to find the pink building.

The place is super well located, steps from the center and quite safe. However, when we picked up our bags, no one was there, and we had to call and contact them via WhatsApp several times. We encountered other people in the same situation who didn't respond, so if you have a flight, consider that delivery of your belongings could be delayed.

I would definately recommend this luggage drop off. Very nice people there and so helpful.

Everything worked out perfectly. It was right across from the airport, which was very convenient for us.

Good place for quick storage. I left my luggage to make boarding the train to Machu Picchu easier. I went back and picked it up without any problems. Important: The door (with doorbell access) is in an alley in front of the Cusco airport wall. This alley is behind a fence that borders the sidewalk. Google Plus will direct you to the location with directions from the bouncer itself. Other than that, everything is fine.

You must create a sign to indicate the bounce service bell... or request this sign from bounce.

Easy and convenient way to store your luggage.

Straightforward drop off/pick up. Was great!

The location was very convenient across the road from the airport but a little difficult to find. It was mentioned that there was a bounce sticker on the door but that seemed to have been removed. While drop off and pick up went very smoothly I didn’t receive confirmation when I messaged to finalise the pick up time.

It was good because the place was difficult to find. My esim plan isnt the most reliable so I didnt get the instructions until afterwards. If possible, a bigger sticker or sign would be better

Hard to find the place, but luckily the person storing our luggage messaged me and we found it! Very easy!

Overall the experience was good here but we didn’t get the instructions to ring the door bell when we arrived at the store. Once we made contact with the host, everything was smooth sailing!

Dropping off and picking up my suitcase was very easy. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was a great location but the staff were not prepared for me when I dropped off or picked up by bags. They were responsive when I let them know I was at the door and ready to pick up or drop off though.

The service was good, they kept my bags safe, my only complaints are you have to haul your luggage up a few flights of stairs, and there was a bit of a wait when picking up my luggage.

Very convenient location, walking distance from the entrance to the airport! Friendly staff

we stored our luggage with Nestor for 4 days while we did the Inca trail and it worked out perfectly. He was friendly and professional and drop-off/pick-up was easy.

The place itself was amazing. Wonderful service and safe. However I had a lot of trouble finding the place. It is just a wrought iron door with a buzzer. No signage and even the locals couldn't help when I asked them where the address was. I was lucky I found one local who was opening a door in the same building but at the front, and he told me which door to go to (first door on the left on the side of the pink building).

Only downside is, Not easiest place to find

They treated us very kindly, the suitcases were delivered just as we left them I would return.

Very smooth delivery of luggage

With the directions it was easy to find the address, the lady was very friendly. Only when we picked up our bags there was no signal (it was early in the morning) but after a few hours she answered us. I recommend it.
