It’s an architectural fest that pays homage to traditional Japanese pagodas through shock-absorbing features that protect the skyscraper against earthquakes. As far as attractions go, the Sky Garden Observatory offers absolutely stunning views of Tokyo Bay, and there are shopping centers and sleek dining offerings that make it a worthy stop on any visit to Yokohama.
