  • Everything went really well and very smoothly. The guy at the reception wasn’t particularly friendly, but there was no problem at all. He just made a few faces and his manner was a bit difficult.

  • Directions! Says it’s near a Mermaid Statue? In reality it’s in the lower ground floor of a random ‘sock shop’ in a huge shopping centre and very difficult to find. Better directions/explanation required.
