The process was great and the associate was also helpful. The only concern was it closed at 3 pm so we had to be mindful of the time and retrieve our bags before closing. The rate was the same, per bag not per day.

We were 30 minutes late but one of the employees stayed until 7 PM to help us out and I really appreciate him. I’m not sure about his name but he had dreads and he was an african man. Give him a day off or a bonus or else I will never book with bounce again.
