Super friendly staff, quick, uncomplicated, and professional. I felt very comfortable leaving my suitcase there. I should also mention that the store is also really cool if you like beer, with a huge selection and competent advice.

This is a very convenient luggage storage facility for less than €7 per day for a medium-sized suitcase (it's the same price whether you leave your luggage for 3 or 7 hours). On site, you scan a QR code that redirects you to the Bounce website or the Bounce app, and you can pay by credit card, Apple Pay, etc. You then show the staff member the QR code, who will give you a small receipt with a number (don't lose it) to give again when you go to collect your luggage. The luggage storage facility is located in a beer shop (Bierothek), which isn't easy to find. These are not separate storage facilities. This shop is located under the arcades near one of the entrances to the shopping mall and a pharmacy. I was very well received by the staff member.

Good service, easy access to the shop where you can store the bags. Actually it is a licker shop :) but they provide this service to store the bags in their second floor. It was really hard for the employee to take the bag on stairs to the second floor. I wish if there could be a dedicated space easier at the same level or with elevator. Don’t forget to make booking online before you go, although I did it while I was at the shop in few minutes. Anyway it is a great service that is needed close to Metro station. I wish if the working hours can be extended more than 8pm, and if the service is provided in a. Dedicated shop.

Very easy place to locate, only have to show up scan your code and they take your stuff and do everything for you. Such kind people.

It would be good to show have a sticker showing that you are part of bounce, so that nobody can be mistaken and feel not secure. Also what is little bit "sad" but you can do nothing about it is the fact that ypu are staying only up until 19:00. Working more would be definitely terrible so I can understand. Today you have helped me a lot and you were friendly, helpful, only the sticker or whatever on doors showing that you are part would help.
