Helpful and pragmatic staff. But you just need to be flexible and comfortable that your luggage is stored on the store floor, not in a locked room or locker.

The drop off process was really easy and straight forward. When we collected our bags the receptionist did not ask to see the QR code/booking reference and therefore did not checkout our bags almost resulting in additional charges.

The luggage drop-off and pick-up process was very efficient. You simply scanned a QR code to access WhatsApp and send a photo of your luggage, which you then showed again upon your return. The advantage was that you could then communicate with them via WhatsApp.

Convenient service close to our location, the guy who handled the deposit operations was very kind.

The location is fantastic, right next to the apartment. As for security... not great. They were visible to anyone and didn't ask us for anything. They should provide a secure area to store luggage, away from other people.
