The door code did not send at first.

We left 2 big luggage there for 8 days and it was still there ;) staff who helped us was good but just tricky because at first was no staff and bounce app didn't give us code to get it. Lucky 1 guest member came out and that's the moment a staff member came up the stairs into the lobby. If no guest or staff came we would be standing there waiting outside. So communication can be better but the rest was all good.

Check in was at smooth, and they were very helpful in accommodating my last minute schedule changes! They had very quick responses, would store my bag here again!
