Was fab drop off and pick up experience and the staff were very friendly. They were well prepared with the list of bookings and just needed to know my number and check my id to activate the booking which made it really easy. Were also flexible with pickup timing which was helpful.

Dario was just fantastic. on time for drop off and pickup and always with a smile. Bags locked in a secure cage.

Easy drop off. You go to the cafe and they help you place your bags next-door. Our bags were fine, but they were just on the ground in front of a fridge for the cafe. Would be nice if they could add a shelf for backpacks or something. And maybe a number system. Also, it was dark next door but the door was open and there was lots of staff walking through but it did seem that security could increase a little.

Right next to the train station in the Concordia hotel on the 4th floor. The staff is very friendly, speaks French and can exchange luggage in 3 minutes. Really great and easy

I highly recommend it. This is a restaurant where you can leave your things, and in addition in the evening you will eat a very delicious dinner

Very close to port; 10-15 minute walk to Biglietteria GNV & GNV dock at port; at or near Via Mariano Stabile 23; Rentme Noleggio Auto Moto e Scooter. Confident in their storage. Well organized. Would use again.

The service was simple and agile. Everyone who served us was very friendly. The only problem was the lack of signage about the exact location. The address that appears on the website leads to a building with several hotels and it took us a while to find the hotel that actually works with Bounce. A more accurate description would help a lot.
