This was our first time using Bounce, and we had a great experience! The location was extremely convenient and easy to get to, which made our travel day much less stressful. The drop-off process was quick, smooth, and very organized. The staff was friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. Most importantly, we felt completely confident that our luggage was safe and secure while we explored the area before our flight. We would absolutely use Bounce again and highly recommend it to anyone needing reliable luggage storage in Houston, TX.

For me, the location was great, less than a 5-minute walk to the store. The service was quick and efficient. My backpack was left on the floor in an area visible to customers, but in a location accessible only to employees. The pickup was also very fast.
