Staff was friendly and helpful. They didn't even touch the luggage - we were told to take photos of the luggage when leaving it and we placed it in the storage room ourselves. We used the midtown storage location - don't know why the review link is for uptown.

This was the most amazing experience ever. I took an earlier flight and couldn’t check into my hotel. I dropped my luggage off and did some sightseeing. Knowing my belongings were safe and I could roam the city gave me peace of mind. The staff at the location was wonderful. And it was SUPER EASY to set this up online.

Really sweet worker at the front. He took me to the back room and that’s where they keep the luggage. I felt I was leaving it in great hands. Shop also smells amazing! Have to check them out online.

The people weren’t that friendly and looked irritated about the number of bags we had. My reservation at first didn’t show the correct number of bags. Once we got that taken care of everything went smoothly.
