Luggage storage Houston Museum

It was so easy , I ran in & out within 3 minutes. The hosts were absolutely lovely & I got to see a new store. I’ll be back to shop !!!! Thank you a million!!

Good museum district location, easy to drop off and pick up.

The luggage drop-off and pick-up process was very easy. The service was very friendly. 100% recommended.

Landed at 9am and couldn’t check-in to our hotel until 4pm so we left our bags with bounce @simply scents candle co. The process was quick and easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had no issues with our belongings, and it was great not to have to haul our bags around the city until check-in

Don’t book nobody else but them . And pick up some smell goods while you’re at it

Great location and very nice customer service. Located in a lovely candle shop. Take a look if you get a chance. I purchased some room spray. If you’re ever in Houston, this is the Bounce location you should go to.

The store was beautiful and the woman working was very sweet! I left my charger in my bag and, when I came to pick up my luggage, she let me charge my phone so I could call an Uber. She didn’t have to be so kind and it was much appreciated.

Friendly staff, very helpful and understanding when we were running late to pick up our stored luggage. Nice assortment of cute candles as well!

Firstly read the email, it's not closed!! It's up stairs in the mail area across from chilli's. The guys there were quick and helpful. For the price, I genuinely appreciate the convenience.

It’s located on the 2nd floor near 5 Guys. They have a small locked storage area around the corner. Worked out great for us!

Service was just great for what was needed. This is run by a business within the mall. They have a private storage area which, for their locked portion of it, they utilize for luggage only. Pay attention once you book for the location; this is something an existing business does in addition to their normal business. Some folks who came after us complained that security guards did not realize the service was available or which store to send users.

all was good here. employee arrived on time (store opening time) and we dropped of bags as scheduled. saw many others use this service. worked great.

We had a great experience with this location. The lady that helped us was friendly and thorough. Great location near the cruise port. We would happily use this location again.
