Very smooth delivery of luggage

We had a great experience; the host was very responsive and available when we were struggling to find somewhere to leave our luggage. Host quickly responded to our questions and was very helpful

Staff did not follow check-in procedure when I dropped my bags. Because of this, at the time that I picked up the bags, my bags were checked IN to the system, not out. I needed to contact customer support to resolve this. The person who took my bags also did not give me a luggage ticket, which caused further confusion when I came to retrieve the bags. But all the staff were nice :)

we stored our luggage with Nestor for 4 days while we did the Inca trail and it worked out perfectly. He was friendly and professional and drop-off/pick-up was easy.
