Discover Busan Station luggage storage

Super easy drop off and pick up. Helped us offload some stuff before heading to Jeju for a few days and using busan as pivot to take the train back to Seoul. Super close to busan station with easy access

Conveniently located near the station. However, if they have too many luggage to store, they store some of them outside on the street, which may be a concern for security. Make of that what you will.

As others have said, there is no one onsite. You have to message the operator via instragram and get instructions (the lockers are half a flight up the stairs and you take the key). Once you figure it all out, it's super convenient.

Pretty straight forward. Hardest part was just finding the spot. Once found, process was easy and quick. The staff was very helpful. Overall, a great experience and location. It was right across from the Busan Port where we were boarding the ferry.

easy communication with staff

It was a bit difficult to find at first but everything worked out perfectly once we found the place. I felt like the building was recently built and it was lack of clear signage and direction. It basically located on the 2nd floor of the podium, close to the escalator. Location wise it was a perfect one for us as we could store our luggages for the day and enjoyed the day a bit before heading to the port terminal later in the evening

Place was ward to find at the start but eventually there were signs after reaching the building. Better to share the video when booking is confirmed. Otherwise, process was smooth, staff were friendly. Good place for the service and highly recommended
