Sign on the door saying "closed" confused me, then I had to wait 10+ minutes before anyone came to reception so I could drop my bag off. I was in a hurry since I had to catch a bus to an event so that was quite stressful. Totally understand staff having to step out for a while but I didn't even know if I was in the right place

Only easy to pass by because of some scaffolding, but I'm sure that will be done with within the year.

He did not recognize I had paid an extra fee for an extension via the app and I was asked to pay again in cash.

Would have given 5 stars for the location but staff wasn’t very friendly. My belongings were placed on the side of the shop and can be accessed by the public (it’s a convenient store so people do come in and out). I was expecting a locker or at least my belongings were placed in a hidden area. I don’t feel safe putting my stuff but payment has been made beforehand. So dissatisfied for my first experience using bounce!

When I dropped my bag the store was empty without any cashier and there were some luggage that you could see very well without any protection (probably from people like me dropping their bag). That could be improved to avoid any stealing. For the rest, the staff was very friendly.

Great service, thank you. Only thing I would have appreciated was clear directions to the store - my map took me around in circles - a local was able to explain where to go which was honestly a life saver

We arrived at the shop at 9:10, it should have opened at 9 but nobody arrived until almost 9.30. Luckily this didn't impact our day too much but it meant we had more of a rush to the start of the marathon than we'd have liked

Great location for Brighton station Easy drop off

I chose the hotel as I felt it would be a safe and respectful place to store my luggage for the day. The check in was great, friendly and easy. I loved being able to drop off my bag for the day to explore the area hours before my Airbnb check-in. But when I came to collect my bag later on, the staff member couldn't find my bag. He first took me to locked cupboards, which I thought was a great place to store my bag, but we couldn't find it there. After he checked a couple more rooms, we went back to reception, and found it just through some doors into a larger room. The staff member let me choose my bag and I asked him to check the reference code was correct, as I thought he should. The possibility of my bag being lost/stolen is not fun, and not the experience I was after. Such a shame as the idea is great. More communication between staff is needed, and management should set a safe place for the storage.

Staff is very approachable and friendly. Location is super near the Brighton train station (convenient). But to note that you need to walk downhill and uphill. Fast service by the staff too. Thank you! :)

Hardly a word from the shop keeper, who was dismissive and unhelpful.

Really easy transaction

The chap in the shop was not particularly helpful, and made it feel like he was doing us a favour by taking our bags! Also, the site says that they are open until 10pm, which was the primary reason for booking at this particular place, but when the bags were checked in, we were told that they were only open until 9pm. When we asked why it said 10 on the website, we were just told that they were last years times! I would use bounce again, but I probably would not use this particular facility again.
