Luggage storage Brighton City Centre

I didn't even know this service existed until I went to a conference recently. Super easy to book in. They had plenty of locations near me. Very cost effective and simple to do. I'll definitely use it again next time I'm travelling I need somewhere to store my bags or belongings

It was my first time using Bounce and I was a little sceptical about the service after reading negative reviews for some other drop off locations (i.e., shops without a secure area). But I can only say that my experience at this hotel was a positive one. The only slight downside was that I had to wait maybe four minutes before I was seen to (I had to be somewhere) but this was only due to there being one member of staff on the desk and he was dealing with another customer, but thankfully the customer let me be served (and she would continue booking rooms later). The member of staff was friendly and smiley, he appeared to be at the desk the whole time both when I arrived and came back (unlike what some of the other reviews had said on other review sites). He was professional. I dropped my bags off, took a photo of my tag and then my bags were taken away to be put somewhere in storage. I later collected my bags and had no problems. I would use this service again, but I would particularly use it at this hotel (and other safe locations).

It was a bit tricky to find the door as it appeared to be named differently to what I expected. The picture of building helped.
