I experienced no issues with leaving and retrieving my bags. The store is in a convenient location. Very close to the Aerobus stop at Plaça de Catalunya. The people assisting me took appropriate measures to ensure that I was picking up the right bags by requiring that I show pictures of them and of the tickets/tags placed on them at the time of drop-off.

Easy to book, the location a 2 minute walk from where the blue airport Aerobus drops you in the city centre so easy to get to. In my case the appartment owner messaged us after we landed at 10am to say we could go direct to the appartment, so we never used the service we paid for, so cant comment on that, but the booking is easy and if i go again I would use it for my suitcase till my accomodation is ready.
