Location is really nice. Walking distance from BTS station. Easy to drop in/off. Not bad experience for first time.

Better signage

No problem dropping off bags, when collecting our bags we were waiting for a long time, we rang the door bell multiple times and called the numbers provided still no answer until I knocked on the window for someone’s attention. Staff was sitting on their phone ignoring door bell. When staff opened door they said no entry and had to explain our bags were behind them.

Super fast and efficient, I recommend!!

Everything was fine. Friendly man. However, the place can only be reached on foot via about 400 m along a busy road with no sidewalk. Basically a bit unsafe to reach.

Very convenient and easy, we left 6 luggages for 4 days and had no problems. They also have cctv cameras, so overall felt very safe leaving our belongings here.

Perfect, met my expectations

Overall everything was good, staff friendly. The way to get there (walking along a busy road that doesn't have a dedicated pedestrian lane - especially as I was doing in the dark and with rain) felt a bit iffy. But that does seem to sometimes happen in Thailand. Still given the central location - close to Makkasan train station - and the great service, I'm very happy with how things went. Thank you.

It is within walking distance from Ekkamai station, so it is convenient if you want to leave your luggage in the city without going to the airport.

The people here are lovely. They understand and speak good English. The food in the cafe is delicious.

Difficulty in reaching those responsible

I arrived in Bangkok around 10am and as I was staying in a Airbnb I had nowhere to store my luggage. I can across Bounce and this location and thought I’d give it a try. The lad in the shop was very friendly he scanned my barcode and took my luggage in the back. When I arrived later he went straight into the back and gave me my luggage to me. Highly highly recommend it saved me from dragging my luggage around for 5 hours. 5 stars all the way for me without a doubt.

Lovely lady, very good service

Noone opened when we got there to fetch the bags. It turned out that the owner wasn't there and his old mother did not hear the door bell. Luckily my partner was able to track down his phone number on Internet and called him.
