Friendly, easy to find, secure

This was my first time using Bounce, and I was highly impressed by how smoothly everything went. The shop safely stored my luggage while I visited the Acropolis, and the elderly couple running it were incredibly kind and accommodating. I strongly recommend this location for your luggage storage needs when visiting the Acropolis!

Wonderful! Myself and my siblings used this location to store our bags. So friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for exploring Plaka. Really felt my luggage was in safe hands, would definitely use again.

The staff were very friendly, and I was able to check in and pick up my luggage smoothly. It's a small shop, and my luggage was at the back, but the staff placed it in a place where they could easily see it even while working. Thank you very much!

Great location, easy to access. Not intuitive. You have to ask about it from the barista. They give you a number and put your bag behind the counter. It would have received a higher star level, but they have an ATM attached to the Cafe that charges us a 14% charge to withdrawal money and was a total scam. They are profiting off the ATM, so beware! So one start short because they are being too opportunistic.

First payment via the website seem to want to go through in USD's but didn't get charged so alas had to download yet another app. There are far too many apps around these days.

Very convenient and quick. We were expecting lockers but it worked fine since the bags were safe and stopped away. Pick up went rather smoothly too

Excellent and convenient service. Worked so well for our large suitcases which wouldn’t fit into luggage lockers around the locale. Easy to get a taxi to the airport so very comfortable considering heavy luggage and heat from the weather. A great way to start the journey home.
