Super nice staff

HIghly recommended. Loved this place, although it was a bit tricky to find. My travel companion and I were both surprised that it was a bar of all places. Had we not been in such a hurry, we would most certainly have enjoyed sitting down for a drink and a bite and a chat with the bartender, who was affable, funny and gracious. It is personal service and perfect for weary travelers coming into Zagreb after some problems with our land transportation in Varaždin.

Convenient service, easy to manage and find

The guy who was on duty today is very nice and kind. He explained everything, although we know the process. He also tested our mind that we will find our luggages there.

It's a great place to leave your luggage if you have a late departure and have already checked out, so you can explore lighter without lugging around suitcases. The fee is around 7 euros; they're open until 9 p.m.

The staff were very helpful. Our luggage was placed in a locked area that only the staff had access to. It would have been good if the staff had put labels on the luggage so that there was no chance of someone taking your luggage, as when we dropped off the luggage a different employee was working than when we picked it up and he just told us to pick up our luggage (even though there were still a lot of them). Therefore he couldn't check if we had picked up someone else's luggage.
