Drop-off and pick-up were very uncomplicated and booking was also no problem.

The luggages are kept inside a bar. There are no lockers - The luggages are kept in a room in the back of the bar that you don't have access. As there are no lockers you do not lock them by yourself which is a bit strange. The personnel of the Bar is very helpful.

We were well received! It is possible to smoke inside the bar but the luggage is not stored in the same place, so it is returned without odor (for people who are not used to smoking inside)! The staff is very nice!

Located in the center of Zagreb's old town, it is great for leaving your luggage and sightseeing. The staff are very friendly. Just go into an Orient Express store and ask for it. The price is 5 euros per piece plus tax.
