Discover Yokohama luggage storage

Very friendly, not too hard to find (follow the bounce signs!!) and great location

There are several routes to the basement, but it's easiest to take the stairs immediately to the Sakuragicho side. There are people there once you go through the corridor with the restrooms.

They were very kind and helpful. I would definitely like to use their services again if the opportunity arises.

Super friendly and kind staff. Excellent service.

I made a last-minute reservation, but the process went smoothly, which was a great help. I'm truly grateful.

It's incredibly close to Pia Arena

Great help! Really appreciated this experience

Because there were two concerts on the same day, the wait for the elevator and the queues after getting off were terrible. However, baggage claim went smoothly.

Super easy drop off and collection. Staff were really helpful. Venue was clean, bright and felt really safe.

Getting to the parking lot was difficult, but I was relieved that my car was safely stored in a secure location. I would like to use your service again! Thank you very much!

Drop off was super easy and the store was not too hard to find.

My reservation was mistakenly canceled the day before, which made me panic, but they handled it properly. The staff were friendly, which was great! The location was a little hard to find as it was in the middle of a parking lot, but it was a hidden gem!

The customer care was great, and our luggage was well taken care of. This was our first time using Bounce, and it worked out quite well since the lockers at the station were all completely full. Since it was our first time, we didn’t realize it was in the big echo, so we wandered around a bit outside. But once we found it, things went really smoothly.

Everything was great and easy

I used this parking lot when I went to Pia Arena. It's located in the underground parking lot of the KDX Tower, so access is convenient, and the staff were very kind and helpful. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

I was able to drop off my pet smoothly. The location is difficult to find. The posters are also hard to spot.

super convenience

Friendly service and kept my bags safe. Would recommend!

Since I was using Yokohama Station, it was convenient and I felt safe leaving my luggage there.

They are incredibly kind and helpful. They really keep my luggage safe. Thank you!!!

Everything went well and easily.

Thank you so much for your courteous service!!! This is a trustworthy and wonderful place! I look forward to using your services again in the future!!!

Excellent service, easy to use, it was really good.

Store staff didnt speak english but the transaction was still very smooth! Staff was also very friendly and our luggage was stored well

Handy location to the station. Was a bit tricky to find but great spot and easy hand off, and pick up.

Sato-san was very kind and met me on the street.

Drop off was good, but location is a bit far from station if go from the wrong exit gate. Also quite a bit of uphill so kinda tired when taking all the luggages up there

The staff was amazing and noticed I looked lost and helped me!

I was glad that I could easily leave my luggage. The coin lockers at the station were all full, so I made a last-minute reservation, and I was relieved that there was one available.

Adding "inside the store" and a comment would make the location easier to understand.
